Reminiscent of a foraging walk for morels in a misty forest, the Herbes en Carob blend brings notes of lemon toffee, pine, and campfire marshmallow.

Adaptogen lion's mane mushroom, along with aromatic rosemary and roasted carob, contribute to improved mental focus, clarity, and digestion.

Made with organic, shade-grown, single-origin Arabica coffee (Coffea arabica) + organic Lion’s Mane mushroom (Hericium erinaceus) + organic rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis) and organic carob bean (Ceratonia siliqua). Ground.

Medium or Dark roast.

Available in 8oz bags (up to 16 servings) or sample size (up to 3 servings).

Recommended use: 1 rounded tablespoon per 4-6 ounces of hot water. 

Works with all non-espresso brew and drip methods, including re-usable k-cups and pods. Best within 6 months of processing date.
