Camellia japonica 'Lady Laura' is an upright, medium-growing camellia introduced by T.E. Lundy of Pensacola, Florida. Originating as a chance seedling that first bloomed in 1969, it features glossy dark green foliage and produces stunning mid-season peony-form blooms in shades of pink beautifully variegated with rose. The large, full flowers are accented by yellow anthers and cream-colored filaments, creating an elegant display that brightens the garden in late winter to early spring. 'Lady Laura' is also the parent of the sport 'Lady Laura Red' and is prized for its unique variegated blooms and reliable garden performance.
