Featuring MVP's celebrated Project Lab Coat (PLC) white rim design, this version infuses lightweight Fission plastic technology into an ultra-understable mold. If you want maximum aerodynamic carry down the fairway without needing an elite, high-speed arm to prevent early fading, this is the ultimate cheat code for your bag. Take a look at the alternative plastic runs in our Axiom Virus Collection Hub, or see all of our high-speed options in the main Axiom Discs Collection. We scale every disc by hand and take individual photos of our inventory, so you know exactly what color layout is heading to your door.

<>

Flight Numbers

The Fission Virus is tuned specifically to generate effortless high-speed turn. At a 9 speed, the rim remains exceptionally comfortable and narrow enough for smaller hands to hold securely. The 5 glide keeps the disc floating along its path, while the massive -3.5 turn allows the disc to easily manipulate angles and flip up flat, finishing with a soft 1 fade that lands flat without big skips.

Speed

Glide

Turn

Fade

9

5

-3.5

1

The Fission Virus delivers:

Project Lab Coat Aesthetics: The iconic, crisp white GYRO overmold rim creates a sharp, modern visual that stands out clearly in the grass.

Microbubble Weight Redistribution: The Fission core allows for ultra-light weights while keeping the outer rim heavy to maximize spin and float.

Highly Responsive Turn: Flips up flat automatically from a hyzer release angle with minimal arm speed required.

It excels at:

Helping beginners and slower arm speeds achieve true, full S-curve driver distance.

Long, smooth tailwind drives where heavier or more stable drivers would stall out early.

Effortless backhand sky rollers that drop down cleanly on edge and push far down open fairways.

<>

The Fission & Project Lab Coat Advantage

Fission technology injects microscopic bubbles into the central core of the disc, lowering its internal weight without sacrificing premium durability. Axiom then pairs this light core with a high-density outer overmold rim. By doing this, the disc retains its raw momentum and stays spinning faster for a longer period of time, extending your glide deep into the fairway. This specific run updates the look with the Project Lab Coat white rim, offering a slightly tackier texture along the rim edge for a completely secure grip during wet or humid rounds.

<>

How the Fission Virus Fits in the Axiom Lineup

Vs the Axiom Neutron Virus: The stock Neutron run is heavier and molds up slightly flatter.
